Rob Michaud

Rob leads Michaud Development alongside his brother Marc, bringing over three decades of experience in residential construction and land development. He stays ahead of housing industry trends, focusing on value in every project.

As President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County, Rob shapes the local construction landscape. His contributions earned him the 2022 President's Award.

Rob holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Roger Williams University and pursues ongoing professional education and certifications. With Rob and Marc at the helm, Michaud Development brings deep industry knowledge and a forward-thinking approach to your home build.
Marc Michaud
Manager Partner
Marc works closely with his brother Rob, leading Michaud Development's daily operations. For over two decades, he has managed projects and stayed current with building codes and compliance standards.
Marc serves on the State of Connecticut Codes and Standards Committee for HBRA of CT and is a member of the HBRA of CT Developers Forum.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from SUNY and is both a Certified Graduate Builder and a Certified Green Professional. Marc's ongoing education in the building industry ensures Michaud Development projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
